Elke took over the back office of the company (financial management and administration) in October 2021. In 30 years of work in the field of business (planning economist - Dipl.-Ing.-Ök. TU Dresden, branch manager forwarding, real estate manager as key account - real estate specialist IHK Dresden) she was able to gain valuable experience and experience a great deal of further development.

Her personal interest and motivation for dance and free movement have accompanied her throughout her life. In 2005, she therefore completed a yoga teacher training course and was confirmed in her pursuit of free movement development and her ability to see people in their current situations, to accompany and support them and to set impulses. Since then she has worked as a freelance yoga teacher. She has expanded this work by training as a systemic and hypnosystemic coach.

She has been a freelance yoga teacher and coach since 2014. Her work and projects increasingly focus on combining the elements of yoga and coaching and integrating them into other areas of life such as business, culture and art (e.g. yoga in companies, yoga in the Albertinum).

She maintains and develops this connection by participating in cultural and art projects dedicated to movement research. Here she provides support through financial management and administration and thus aims to contribute to a stable basis so that the creative potential can be optimally expressed in the projects. Collaboration with Trans-Media-Akademie Hellerau (Cynetart), Palais Sommer Dresden, student camps Dome Lab.
